The Energy Chamber in collaboration with the Banker’s Association of Trinidad and Tobago  will host a breakfast meeting on ‘Financial planning for Small/Medium Enterprises (SME’s) in the energy sector’.   Given the recent challenges which the economy and the sector have had to face, the Banker’s Association would like to advise SME’s in terms of three key areas that could assist them in successfully manoeuvring this difficult period; their presentation will therefore focus on:

  • Credit management
  • Investment options
  • Business planning; preparing for financing

The event will feature three presentations:

  • Mr. Sajjad Hamid, SME & Family business Advisor and a lecturer at COSTATT : ‘Common errors entrepreneurs make and strategies to avoid them’
  • Ms. Stacey- Ann Paty- RBC Royal Bank, SME Banking: ‘Access to financing: Challenges and alternatives, Business Plans, etc’
  • Marsha Lee Wing-Gopaul- Republic Bank: ‘Cash flow management’
