Relationships that would facilitate loyalty and customer retention. Using this strategy to increase its customer base will result in increased profits for a business. CRM involves the use of activities, strategies, and technologies to manage interactions with both current and prospective customers. In this course, we will use presentations, examples, group discussions, activities, polls, and a live online tool to assist in building the CRM that is essential to the survival of your company.
