The objective of the Next Generation taskforce is to identify and trial ways to reduce the time between bid round opening and first gas in Trinidad and Tobago.  

Areas of focus:

  1. Review workplan with key stakeholders 

  2. Integrated Value Stream Mapping (VSM) 

  3. Review of VSM recommendations with sponsors 

  4. Digital Pilot Testing
