This course is designed for persons with responsibility for the implementation of the STOW TT Minimum HSE Management System (HSEMS) requirements and covers the requirements for STOW Elements two & nine: HSE Management Leadership & Accountability & Incident Reporting & Investigation. Participants will gain the necessary skills required to implement the requirements of these elements through activity-based learning with coaching, case studies, group activities and open forum discussions.
Course Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Understand and interpret the requirements for STOW Element 2 & 9 as it relates to their company
• Understand the requirements for Elements 2 & 9 such as developing processes for identifying applicable HSE legislation, conducting gap analyses, developing a document management system, developing systems for reporting, investigating and managing incidents, etc.
• Implement the required policies, procedures and other documentation (legal compliance register, gap analysis reports, training records etc.)
