Presenters:

Dr. Kamla Mungal

Dr. Kamla Mungal is a Leadership Educator, Coach and Curriculum Specialist at the Kari-Glo Leadership Centre, a non-profit organisation incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago. She formally served as Director of the Leadership Institute at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, UWI, in Trinidad and Tobago having established the Institute in 2012 and led it until June 2020. She is also a lecturer in Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Development, and Team Development. Dr. Mungal holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies as well as a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK.

Dr. Mungal is a former primary school principal and Deputy Project Officer for the Teaching and Learning Quality and Education Management and Institutional Strengthening components of the Fourth Basic Education Project of the World Bank in Trinidad and Tobago. She is a trained assessor for the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT) as well as a Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute (TTTI).

Dr. Mungal develops her knowledge through continuous learning in broad fields of organizational behavior and leadership. She attended several leadership workshops including the New Leadership for an Innovative Edge at the Kellogg Executive Education James L. Allen Center, Northwestern University, Illinois and Personal Leadership from the Institute for Personal Leadership, Columbia University, New York. She is a trained Facilitator for the Leading From Above The Line© programme and a member of the International Leadership Association.

Mr. Michael Gray

An experienced Educational Leader with a demonstrated history in curriculum implementation, programme management and student engagement. Skilled in coaching and training management with formal training in Strategy, Education, and Arts Management.

Over the last twenty years Michael has provided academic advising to students, coordinated curriculum reviews and supported adjunct faculty in instructional design and course delivery. He has been part of the radical change initiative of a rapidly growing tertiary level academic institution where a new programme management model, the implementation of a formalized teaching and learning model formed the basis of the transformation of academic operations and corporate rebranding.

Possessing a Msc. in Strategic Planning and Post Graduate Certificates in Authentic Business Education and Arts & Cultural Enterprise Management. Michael is a seasoned presenter. Michael can effectively communicate and motivate groups and individuals towards innovative action. He is also trained in leadership having completed the 8-day retreat in the Leading From Above The Line© workshop series.
