Creating a successful brand involves building on the foundation of a meaningful brand strategy that provides the framework for what a brand stands for and how it will be communicated to its diverse and dynamic markets. By clearly defining a brand’s purpose, personality and character, brands can successfully create relationships that move away from being transactional and one-directional to being collaborative and reciprocal, which results in greater engagement, differentiation, and loyalty.

Through this comprehensive two-day course participants would be provided an interconnected understanding of brand strategy and takes a holistic view of branding, including the emerging technological trends, while considering the importance of determining the personality and character of the brand and how it influences the customer experience through employees and external audiences to forge sustainable brand relationships.
