The Energy Chamber wishes to convey its deepest condolences to Richard’s family, friends and loved ones on his passing.
Richard was a member of the Permanent Local Content Committee (PLCC) since its inception in 2004 and has worked closely with Energy Chamber representatives. The Energy Chamber would like to acknowledge and celebrate Richard’s commitment to the development of the local energy industry and his unstinting support for local content.
Like a family, the PLCC worked on a plan to strengthen and enrich our country, in these difficult times, with Richard taking the lead on one of three initiatives; one that he championed. As was his custom, Richard was thoughtful, patient, good humoured and accommodating.
His dedication and hard work will not be forgotten.
