• Rig Site: Support drilling and well service operations; assist Company Man; verify equipment readiness; ensure safety and compliance.

• Offshore: Execute slickline, e-line, pumping, and integrity work; act as liaison with Production Team; maintain clear communication; drive efficiency.

• Onshore: Develop well programs and plans; manage equipment and inventory; coordinate offshore operations and provide technical support.

Desired qualifications:

• 0 – 5 years’ working experience
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of services
• Excellent written and oral communication in English

Job Title (Vacancy): Electrical Lead

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Electrical Maintenance: Supervise preventive/corrective maintenance; troubleshoot failures; conduct inspections and reliability assessments; manage shutdowns and upgrades; ensure compliance with standards.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor technicians; enforce schedules, quality, and HSE; coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records, update documentation, prepare audit reports; ensure regulatory compliance.

• Emergency Response: Act as primary resource for electrical failures; implement corrective actions promptly.

Desired qualifications: 

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in electrical maintenance operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Former offshore experience.
• Former experience in electrical construction & commissioning is a plus.
• Strong background in complex troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in SAP and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in SAP PM is a plus.
• Expertise in LV/HV electrical systems, switchgear, generators, gas turbines, transformers, VSD
and UPS systems.
