Accidents often occur in our working environment. To ensure that employers create and maintain a safe and healthy working place, accidents will need to be investigated. Proper investigation will identify the root causes and help personnel devise strategies, procedures and rules to avoid them in the future. This workshop will introduce participants to the importance of Accident Investigation in Safety and Health Management as an integral part of the overall conducting and facilitation of business operations.
