The clichéd use of ‘the only constant is change’ conflicts with the reality of the challenges of change and subordinates the importance of change management. To execute changes successfully, organizational actors must develop the leadership competencies required to execute strategic changes.
This bundle of capabilities must complement the technical knowledge of all members of any organization to achieve sustainable progress. Participants will explore and use change models that yield pragmatic solutions for their organizations.
