The pandemic has greatly disrupted and displaced sales teams and has forced many to embrace higher levels of digital engagement in order to quickly adapt to the uncertainty, changing behaviour models and new ways of working.

Today’s dynamic environment has accelerated the adoption of virtual selling tools and remote selling channels and has introduced entirely new sales management practices. This training programme equips participants with the skills and techniques needed to increase credibility, create connection and build trust needed to drive momentum and win sales opportunities in a virtual sales environment.
