This course is designed for persons with responsibility for the implementation of the STOW TT Minimum HSE Management System (HSEMS) requirements and covers the requirements for STOW Element 11: Monitoring, Audit & Review. Participants will gain the necessary skills required to implement the requirements of this element through activity-based learning with coaching, case studies, group activities and open forum discussions.
Course objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand and interpret the requirements for STOW Element 11 as it relates to their company
Understand the requirements for Element 11 such as defining HSE measurement criteria, documenting & analyzing HSE performance, conducting audits & inspections, the requirements for management reviews etc.
Implement the required policies, procedures and other documentation
