STOW Online Workshop Element 3: Risk & Change Management
This course is designed for persons with responsibility for the implementation of the STOW TT Minimum HSE Management System (HSEMS) requirements and covers the requirements for STOW Element three: Risk & Change Management. Participants will gain the necessary skills required to implement the requirements of this element through activity-based learning with coaching, case studies, group activities and open forum discussions.
Course Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand and interpret the requirements for STOW Element 3 as it relates to their company
Understand the requirements for Element 3 such as identifying hazards & risks, developing a suitable & sufficient risk assessment & management process, developing a risk register, Safe Systems of Work and Management of Change
Implement the required policies, procedures and other documentation (inspections, checklists, audits etc.)
Who Should Attend:
Anyone who is required to implement STOW requirements on behalf of their organisations.
