This course is designed for persons with responsibility for the implementation of the STOW TT Minimum HSE Management System (HSEMS) requirements and covers the requirements for STOW Element 7: Health & Hygiene. Participants will gain the necessary skills required to implement the requirements of this element through activity-based learning with coaching, case studies, group activities and open forum discussions.
Course objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand and interpret the requirements for STOW Element 7 as it relates to their company
Understand the requirements for Element 7 such as developing a substance abuse policy, implementing random and with cause drug & alcohol testing, fit to work requirements, requirements for offshore employees, documenting a Health Risk Management Plan etc.
Implement the required policies, procedures and other documentation
Anyone who is required to implement STOW requirements on behalf of their organisations.
