The Energy Chamber of T&T  in collaboration with the University of Trinidad and Tobago is pleased to host the Webinar: Hydrogen - Practical Considerations.

Hydrogen has emerged as a technology pathway that has the potential to decarbonize our energy mix and lead to a sustainable, low carbon future.

The falling costs for hydrogen production coupled with the drastic reduction in renewable energy cost along with global commitments toward climate change has provided hydrogen with unprecedented momentum. However, hydrogen and the technology associated with its production, distribution and usage does come with some practical challenges.

This talk will focus on the technical and engineering challenges associated with hydrogen in the context of the local petrochemical and energy sectors.
