His Excellency Patrick Brunings

Minister of Oil, Gas and the Environment
Republic of Suriname

Suriname’s oil and gas industry is on the pathway to rapid growth, with the massive offshore GranMorgu project currently in execution. There is also significant exploration and development drilling underway and expectations for further major projects being approved over the next few years. There are many opportunities for Trinidad & Tobago companies in Suriname and the Energy Chamber has always encouraged strong partnership and joint ventures between the Surinamese and Trinidadian private sectors.

We are delighted to be hosting Minister Brunings in Trinidad on the 26th – 27th January and to return some of the exceptional hospitality we have enjoyed in Paramaribo over the years.
