STOW is a certification programme for contractor’s HSE management systems (MS). Built on the backbone of local and international HSE standards, the STOW requirements cover eleven elements and the audit involves an independent evaluation of contractors’ HSE-MS. Certification is granted for 1 year at 75% compliance and 2 years at 85% and above compliance to the STOW HSE requirements.
