Evaluation of the submitted Expressions of Interest will result in a shortlist of potential bidders who will receive a Request for Proposal.This Expression of Interest is now open. Staatsolie Power Company Suriname N.V. (SPCS) is soliciting interest from qualified and experienced service providers for the management/handling of waste oil. As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance, we aim to partner with a reliable and competent service provider to handle our waste oil responsibly. 

Scope

We are looking for a service provider who can offer the following services:

1. Collection and transportation:

  • Safe and efficient collection of waste oil from our facilities.

  • Transportation using licensed and certified vehicles.

2. Recycling and disposal:

  • Environmentally friendly recycling processes.

  • Disposal at certified facilities with minimal environmental impact.

3. Regulatory compliance:

  • Ensuring all activities comply with local, regional, and national regulations.

  • Provision of necessary documentation and records for regulatory reporting.

Submission Requirements 

Interested service providers are requested to submit their EOI, which should include the following:

1. Company Profile:

  • Overview of the company, including years of operation and areas of expertise.

  • Details of relevant certifications, licenses, and accreditations.

2. Experience and References:

  • Summary of experience in waste oil management.

  • Case studies or references from similar projects.

3. Technical Capability:

  • Description of equipment and technologies used for waste oil handling.

  • Details of safety and environmental management systems in place.

4. Proposed Methodology:

  • Outline of the proposed approach to waste oil collection, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal.

  • Measures for ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental protection.

5. Contact Information:

  • Name, title, and contact details of the person authorized to discuss and negotiate the EOI.
