Job Title (Vacancy): HSEQ Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
The Manager – HSEQ is responsible for providing leadership and management to the HSEQ Department in accordance with the organization’s certified management systems, client requirements, industry standards and applicable law. The Manager – HSEQ must be able to function at the strategic level, contributing to the development of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives and ensuring that the HSEQ department’s strategic and operational plans are in strong alignment. The Manager – HSEQ is also required to work in collaboration with the QC Lead to effectively manage the Company’s quality control processes, implementing corrective and preventative actions for continuous improvement and product and services conformance.
Desired qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar discipline)/Natural Sciences/Information Systems/OESH or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Lead Auditor Certification (e.g. ISO 2015, 45001 etc) or Equivalent from an accredited training institution/programme recognized by the Company will be an asset.
• Demonstrated competence and/or competencies normally acquired over a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a management position with a proven track record of implementation and maintenance of HSEQ Management Systems.
