Job Title (Vacancy): QHSE Regulatory & Compliance Advisor

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Lead regulatory and environmental compliance audits across operations and projects.

  • Manage all environmental permits, certifications, inspections, and reporting to the EMA and other authorities.

  • Coordinate effluent sampling, waste management systems, and ensure adherence to local and international standards.

  • Support sustainability initiatives, including emissions reporting, ISO 14001 systems, and environmental performance improvement.

  • Provide HSE project and communication support, strengthening safety culture across the organization.

  • Oversee budget control, SAP entries, and financial tracking for environmental and HSE activities.

Desired qualifications: 

  • Minimum B.Sc. Degree in environmental or natural sciences

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of QHSE

  • Experience in oil and gas environmental management is mandatory

  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
