This course is designed for persons with responsibility for the implementation of the STOW TT Minimum HSE Management System (HSEMS) requirements and covers the requirements for STOW Element eleven: Monitoring, Audit & Review. Participants will gain the necessary skills required to implement the requirements of this element through activity-based learning with coaching, case studies, group activities and open forum discussions.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Understand and interpret the requirements for STOW Element 11 as it relates to their company

• Understand the requirements for Element 11 such as defining HSE measurement criteria, developing systems to document HSE performance, analysing HSE performance, procedures for conducting inspections and audits of the HSE Management System, conducting management reviews, timeframe for review and revision of the HSE policy statement and HSE Management System documentation

• Implement the required policies, procedures and other documentation
