The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago invites all members to a Breakfast Meeting on Driving Employee Engagement through Corporate Responsibility and Volunteerism  - in tough times.

Our feature speaker is Mr. Gervase Warner, President and Group CEO, Massy Group.

Survey data and academic studies have shown that CSR programmes are an increasingly important driver of employee engagement.  People like to work for companies that are socially responsible and make a difference.  And the data also confirms that better employee engagement results in business success.  But with cost-cutting  playing a major role in the current economic environment, traditional CSR programmes are being re-examined to determine their effectiveness.   In the Energy Chamber we have notice that volunteerism has become an emerging theme in many of the local discussions around CSR.

This breakfast session will allow member companiesto explore the issue of volunteerism and CSR and how these can drive employee engagement in the current tough economic climate.  Members are invited to share their experiences and learn from respected business leaders and their peers.
