This course is designed for persons with responsibility for the implementation of the STOW TT Minimum HSE Management System (HSEMS) requirements and covers the requirements for STOW Element 4: Planning Goals & Targets. Participants will gain the necessary skills required to implement the requirements of this element through activity-based learning with coaching, case studies, group activities and open forum discussions.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand and interpret the requirements for STOW Element 4 as it relates to their company
Understand the requirements for Element 4 such as HSE consideration in business planning, setting HSE goals and targets, developing HSE plans, determining HSE critical positions etc.
Implement the required policies, procedures and other documentation
