Garth Vincent
Garth Vincent brings over 26 years of experience in the development and implementation of Health & Safety Management Systems and Emergency
Management Systems. He is a former contracted Chief of Emergency Operations for Bp Trinidad plant and offshore emergency response teams.
Garth has trained and worked for personnel at BpTT, NGC, BHP Billiton, EOG Resources, Repsol YPF, British Gas /Shell, Atlantic and many other multinational oil and gas organizations operating in Trinidad and Tobago. He has also performed Business Continuity and Health and Safety consultancy services for the Gold Mining Sector in Suriname, Guyana and recently conducted training programs for DFC Banks in Belize through the Belize Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Vincent has conducted this ISO 31000 Risk Manager program for senior members of the Ministry of Public Administration in Trinidad. He possesses two U.K. Master’s Degrees in Risk, Crisis & Disaster Management and Occupational Health Safety & Environment (Distinction grade). In addition, he is a Certified ISO 22301 BCMS Trainer / ISO 45001 OHSMS Trainer/NEBOSH Trainer, ISO 18788 Trainer and Lead Implementer/Auditor.
Garth is a part time lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, Energy Chamber TT and Nations School of Business Guyana. He is also the present NGO TTEMAS East West Chapter Chairman and Foundation Member of NGO Emergency Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago.
