Job Title (Vacancy): HR Administrator

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of Trinidad and Tobago Labour Laws

  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures

  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills

  • Maintain the Competency Assurance Management System

  • Administer activities and documentation relating to HR (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and appraisals, attendance, punctuality etc.)

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business strategy

  • Maintain Medical Plan and Pension Plan Databases and the administration of employee insurance matters and claims etc

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or related discipline

  • A minimum of eight (8) years HR experience

  • Certification and experience in Industrial Relations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
