Job Title (Vacancy): HR Administrator
Duties and responsibilities:
Good understanding of Trinidad and Tobago Labour Laws
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Superior problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills
Maintain the Competency Assurance Management System
Administer activities and documentation relating to HR (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and appraisals, attendance, punctuality etc.)
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business strategy
Maintain Medical Plan and Pension Plan Databases and the administration of employee insurance matters and claims etc
Desired qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or related discipline
A minimum of eight (8) years HR experience
Certification and experience in Industrial Relations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
