Communications Consultant for the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago:
Enhancing Advocacy, Membership Engagement, and Public Communications

1. Introduction

The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago (the Chamber) seeks a qualified Communications Consultant to conduct a full-scale assessment of its current communications practices and develop a comprehensive, actionable strategy to improve engagement with members, stakeholders, and the public. The consultant will work closely with the Energy Chamber to:

• Strengthen internal and external communications.

• Ensure smaller members understand the Chamber’s advocacy agenda and benefits.

• Improve public awareness of the Chamber’s role and value.

• Enhance engagement with government, industry stakeholders and media.

The project will span 9 months, with clear deliverables at each phase.  Consultants are asked to propose timeframes for the phases, and where activities can run concurrently. The Energy Chamber’s objective is to fast-track the strengthening of its communications strategy and new initiatives, or pilot activities can be rolled-out while assessments and strategy refinement are ongoing.
