Job Title (Vacancy): Maintenance Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective planning, coordination, supervision, and quality assurance of maintenance activities on the assigned offshore installation.
Ensure maintenance activities are planned and executed in accordance with approved Control of Work, QHSE, and Company requirements.
Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and quality of maintenance plans, schedules, and data within the Company’s CMMS.
Coordinate material, equipment, and service requirements necessary to support maintenance activities.
Maintain oversight of asset registers, maintenance records, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards.
Provide operational oversight and coordination of assigned deck and scaffolding activities.
Monitor and report maintenance performance, SCE status, equipment reliability, resource requirements, and significant operational risks to the OIM and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s QHSE policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and established operational controls.
Participate in emergency response activities as a member of the installation’s designated Emergency Response Team.
Provide technical direction, supervision, and leadership to assigned maintenance personnel and contractors.
Desired qualifications:
BSc. degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in mechanical maintenance in an offshore environment. Supervisory experience, preferably in offshore or industrial environments, would be an asset.
Certifications: BOSIET | Mechanical (e.g. API, ASME) | Hazardous Area
Strong expertise in maintaining compressors, turbines and rotating equipment.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, CMMS, major machinery maintenance, PTW systems, and contractor coordination.
This Job is: Offshore-based with a 28-day on / 28-day off rotation
